Enrollment Technology:
VBA is platform agnostic, meaning, we can enroll on any existing ben admin platform OR we can build out an enrollment platform to capture all benefit elections electronically.

Enrollment Team and Capabilities: 
Face to Face Enrollment or Call Center services. Based on the logistics employee count, locations and other variables, VBA will draft an enrollment schedule that accommodates all employees. By design, VBA has chosen to grow our enrollment counselor base from within. Our counselors are crossed trained on multiple carriers, enrollment platforms, and are familiar with core benefit enrollments. 

VB Analysis:
VBA has partnerships with several Voluntary Benefit carriers. We will go market to deliver the best in class, guaranteed issue products. 

Account Preservation Specialist: 
VBA is known for keeping accounts updated, so that clients get the most out of their accounts. Leading these clients to be loyal account holders partnered with VBA.

Benefit Counselors:
VBA Benefit Counselors are part of VBA and NOT part of a large list of enrollers that we do not know and trust.
