Vector is a Virginia-based company that provides aircraft identification and automated landing fee billing and collection systems.  The company was formed in order to respond to a RFP for an automated identification, and landing fee billing and collection system at  Massport’s Hanscom Field. Vector won that contract and has continued to expand on the capabilities first developed for that project, including the integration of multiple aircraft and flight track data sources in order to create the most complete operations database possible.  To date, we have installed our systems at more than 80 airports across the US and overseas - both commercial and general aviation – giving Vector the wide base of experience to confidently succeed at complex projects.

In response to requests from existing clients, Vector also provides a noise and operations monitoring system (VNOMS), a simple to use, inexpensive system that integrated the data from our aircraft identification system with flight tracking data.  VNOMS is the first operations monitoring system that includes the ability to automatically fuse data from a camera-based aircraft identification system with flight track data, creating the best quality operations database for an operations monitoring system, especially useful at general aviation airports.
