Doug Michie, CFP is founder of Ventura Coast Wealth Management, a RIA (Registered Invetment Advisor) firm located in Ventura, California.

 Doug resides in the Oxnard Plain with his wife and children, where he is active in AYSO sports, serving in the past as a U10 referee and U10 coach, and now as a U12 coach.  He is on the site council of Pierpont Elementary School, is an active chamber member of the Ventura Chamber of Commerce and is on the Board of Directors of the Capistrano Surfside Inn Timeshare Owners Association.  He also served in the National Guard for over 20 years, ultimately becoming a Captain of Infantry in the Army National Guard.
