In 1988, Marcia Thiel, co-founder and President of Vericon, identified and responded to the growing need of human resources departments to have accurate and thorough applicant information in order to make the most informed hiring decisions. 

Out of this need, Vericon became one of the first companies to develop and own its user-friendly web-based software application for clients, Footprint. Footprint offers clients 24-hour access to reporting results and job candidates can also submit application information online. Since its creation, Vericon’s software technology has evolved to continue to meet our clients’ every need and now features integration with our clients’ Human Resource Information System (HRIS), creating a seamless partnership.
