The VIBE Agency was founded in 2004 by Valerie Bihet, a seasoned event visionary with a passion for storytelling through experience. Originally from Paris, France, Valerie began her career managing high-profile events for global icons like Disneyland Paris and Club Med. After relocating to Miami as Club Med’s North American Director of Communications and Partnerships, she saw a growing need for a more strategic and immersive approach to corporate events—one that combined creative design with operational precision. And so, VIBE was born.

What started as a boutique agency quickly grew into an award-winning, full-service production powerhouse. Headquartered in Miami, VIBE specializes in crafting in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences for corporate clients across the globe. Many of VIBE’s clients are international brands with strong presences in both Europe and the United States, including Dior, Cartier, LVMH, L’Oréal, and Barclays.
