Federal A-E Targeting Long-standing federal A-E services provider with DOE and DoD experience, offering prime contract execution and multi-site support which signals potential for multi-year re-bid opportunities and expanded project scopes with current clients such as LANL, SNL, Kirtland AFB, and NPS in New Mexico.

Scale and Revenue Moderate revenue band with a lean team (11-50 employees) and proven track record of over $215M contract values in the last decade, indicating an efficiency-driven operation where add-on services or larger IDIQ task orders could meaningfully grow top-line opportunities.

A-E Capabilities Core offerings in project management and architectural engineering for federal facilities present cross-sell potential to existing DoD and DOE clients, including site-specific facilities projects at national labs and defense installations.

Tech Stack Fit Utilizes commonly adopted design and collaboration tools (AutoCAD, Bentley, Microsoft 365, Office) which aligns with government project workflows, suggesting a smooth transition or expansion to additional A-E and BIM services to win more competitive bids.

Growth Levers Presence as a prime contractor with a history of successful delivery and a service-oriented team positions Vigil Enterprises for expansion into related federal agencies, broadened task orders on existing IDIQs, and potential partnerships or teaming arrangements to pursue larger DOE/DoD programs.
