A STRONG FOUNDATION Our company was formed July 2011 and married two entities, resulting in a team with more than 100 years of business experience. Jerry Gibson was introduced to Rod and Chani Vilhauer and our team was significantly expanded to aggressively enter the site development market in the North Texas region. Jerry brought two successful partners, Mike Smith and Charlie Miller, and they created MSG Holdings as financing entity for Vilhauer Enterprises establishing lines of credit for purchasing capital equipment. Favorable financing has been obtained for profitable growth. Our team is prepared to take on any task financially and operationally. STRATEGICALLY MOVING FORWARD We believe in the market and think its going to stay strong over the next decade… that’s why we have relationships and partnership arrangements with Original Equipment Manufacturers, Deere, Cat, Komatsu, and others, in order to refresh our fleet on normal usage basis.
