Viox Services, now known as EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc., provides Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and construction services to over 120 customers encompassing 11,000 locations nationwide. Our 2,000+ associates cover 42 states and manage over 150 million square feet of commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. We also employ a landscape maintenance group that maintains over 4,000 acres of turf. Adhering to the original formula developed in 1946, we self-perform over 70% of our services giving us both greater control of the work and reduced costs to the customer. The (IFM) model allows Viox Services to offer its customers one point of contact for all of their facility’s needs. An additional strength of the IFM model comes from leveraging the support groups housed in our Cincinnati, Ohio based headquarters. The Safety, Purchasing, and Transition support groups provide the onsite Operations teams with the tools to ensure the delivery of all services are done cost efficiently, safely and at the optimum levels of quality. Viox Services has developed two “go to market” strategies. One strategy is site based with Viox teams on the customer’s site. This model is designed to maximize self-performance of preventive maintenance technologies as well as provide greater response time to building occupants. The other model leverages a nationwide fleet of mobile mechanics bringing all of Viox Services experience and expertise directly to the customer. At the core of each of these models is an integrated Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) capturing all cost data down to the work order detail. The CMMS delivers high levels of transparency to the customer where performance is then meticulously reported and improvements are continuously driven.
