VisionCorps is a mid-sized nonprofit based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, founded in 1926. Its mission is to empower people who are blind or vision impaired to achieve independence. The organization operates an Enterprise Group that employs individuals who are blind in manufacturing, food processing, and administrative services. VisionCorps serves more than 2,000 people across five counties—Lancaster, Lebanon, Chester, York, and Adams—through rehabilitation services, and runs KidSight, which screens more than 8,000 children for vision loss. The organization has expanded its operations by acquiring Arkansas Lighthouse for the Blind, under which it manufactures notepads and rice products for the federal government. In May 2025, VisionCorps named Megan Tomsheck as its president and CEO.
