Nuclear Procedure Volian Enterprises serves 17 nuclear sites and collaborates with Westinghouse for AP-1000 procedures, indicating a strong footprint in nuclear safety and regulatory compliance software and potential upsell opportunities around PROMS maintenance, updates, and integration with vendor procedures.

Expansion Readiness With a focused client base of nuclear utilities and an established software application used across multiple sites, there is potential to expand PROMS deployment to additional nuclear plants, facilities, or regional operators seeking standardized, auditable procedure management.

SME Collaboration Volian combines engineering and software services for accident management procedures such as EOPs, SAMGs, and FLEX, suggesting cross-sell opportunities to utilities needing end-to-end procedure development, validation, training, and lifecycle support.

Financial Scale Current revenue range of 10 to 25 million and a mid-sized employee base indicate capacity for larger and longer-term contracts, including software licensing, maintenance, and professional services, with room for incremental ARR growth.

Tech Alignment Existing tech stack and security posture signals compatibility with enterprise-grade deployments; leverage this to position PROMS as a scalable, compliant solution with potential integration opportunities to existing nuclear IT ecosystems and vendor platforms.
