VSI Global was founded in 1994 to manage national chain stores’ floor care equipment.  What started out with a single client wanting a resource for store associates to call and troubleshoot vacuum repair issues. VSI has grown into North America’s largest independent vacuum cleaner remanufacturing facility. Today, VSI assists over 72,000 facilities in 16 countries. From electrostatic sprayers to the largest Zamboni-sized units, we remanufacture them all.

Our dedication to sustainability goals and supporting efforts to foster a circular economy are cornerstones of VSI's business philosophy.  Because our clients have made the environmentally conscious decision to remanufacture their existing equipment, we have been able to save 15 million pounds of waste from entering our nation’s landfills (average 250 tons annually). 


The business has expanded to handle all cleaning equipment, large and small, from vacuums to Zamboni-sized arena equipment. We also handle all makes and models of electrostatic sprayers that are so critical during the Coronavirus pandemic. 
Our service process is what sets VSI apart from the rest.  At VSI, we do not repair, we remanufacture.  Our technicians completely disassemble each unit, replacing worn and broken parts with new parts. It is then washed, waxed and checked by quality control. Then it is returned to your dedicated inventory. It is because of this extensive process that our clients are getting 12+ years out of their equipment.
