VU Manufacturing is manufacturer of "soft trim"​ products and assemblies. The company's primary focus is automotive "wrapped"​ interior products such as: 

Door; armrests, inserts and bolsters 
Instrument panel; cockpit brows and mating components 
Console; gearshift, brake and boot assemblies, armrests and side trim 
Seat Trim; headrest, back-panel, map pockets and seat covers, straps 

Products traditionally implement a substrate (plastic, wood, etc..), top coat material such as: cloth, vinyl or leather which is cut, then sewn to desired intent and shape. Our skilled operators then utilize a variety of controlled methods and processes to achieve the desired end product.    

VU's engineers prefer offering their expertise during the concept stage. The process aids in not only developing a desirable product, it ensures a quality product can be repeatedly produced in a production environment.

In addition VU Plastics has 15 injection molding presses, ranging from 75 - 600 tons producing products using a large variety of engineered resins. VU Plastics is available to provide customers in the Central Southwest US and Northern Mexican border region with shoot/ship and assembled plastic products utilizing a variety of assembly techniques.
