Wagner Resources, Inc. (WRI) is a woman-owned, minority-owned small business offering experienced Information Technology and Organizational Management Support Services.  Our services include:  Systems Development & Integration; Program & Project Management; Planning, Programming, and Budget Execution (PPBE); and General Administration.

Founded in June 2003, WRI is focused on the principle of Exceeding Expectations, providing quality services to government agencies and mid-sized commercial businesses intending to provide their products and/or services to government agencies.  Headquartered in Gaithersburg, Maryland, WRI is conveniently located along the I-270 technology access corridor, and our strong local presence ensure our ability to provide reliable, immediate, and extended support to clients in the DC/MD/VA Metropolitan area.  

To support our primary objective to provide readily available, quality support services to the government, WRI obtained its SBA 8(a)/SDB Program #110998 (graduated on 07/09/13) and the MD Department of Transportation MBE/DBE 05-013 certifications, only one year after our business inception.

In addition, we are devoted to providing rigorously-screened employees with the requisite skills, professional experience, personal commitments, and ethical standards necessary to support our clients.  In addition to ensuring that our candidates fit the client-specific corporate and technical environments, our candidates must be able to attain the highest level of security clearances required to perform government-directed work, and/or support businesses serving such government agencies.
