In September 2021, Waldrop completed a strategic merger with ATWELL Group, a national consulting, design, engineering and construction services firm comprised of a family of brands that includes RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture.  The teams have officially merged as of Jan. 1, 2022 — Waldrop’s civil engineers were integrated under the Atwell brand, and our landscape architects and planners began operating under the RVi brand. 

Established in 2000, Waldrop had become a full-service consulting firm with an unmatched team of multi-disciplinary professionals, experienced in all aspects of project management. Our firm’s core values are based on honesty, a strong work ethic, and an overall commitment to our client’s success. We’ve assembled our team purposefully to provide our clientele with the perfect balance of large company expertise and resources, coupled with small company accessibility and service. 

Our Florida offices in Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Tampa and Orlando will join the existing Atwell/RVi offices, adding a location in Palm Beach Gardens.  Additionally, we have opened an office in Asheville, NC, serving the greater Carolina region.  We are proud of our portfolio of successful projects and our ability to take every assignment from the due diligence stage all the way through construction administration.  We look forward to serving our established clients and new ones for years to come through Atwell and RVi, and the incredible nationwide resources they can offer.
