Walsh Environmental Scientists and Engineers is now delivering its services through Ecology and Environment, Inc., a global environmental management firm, with operations centered in Boulder, Colorado. The arrangement maintains Walsh's existing Master Service Agreements through their terms, while enabling new services to be offered under E&E.

Ecology and Environment operates globally, with about 1,000 professionals across 85 disciplines at 47 locations, and it has completed more than 50,000 projects in 122 countries since 1970. Walsh and E&E have worked together since 2000, when E&E acquired a majority interest in Walsh, blending local knowledge with a broad global resource network. This arrangement aims to provide clients with the right multidisciplinary expertise when and where it is needed.
