Our mission is to offer tea lovers complete transparency into our teas’ origins while using only sustainable agricultural practices and providing the growers with generous benefits and resources. 

Our commitment to the environment is as strong as our commitment to our workers. From natural forms of pest control to hand-plucking tea leaves, Walters Bay ensures our teas are grown, processed, and distributed in a sustainable manner.

The close relationship we have with our growers coupled with our strict food safety certification system allows Walters Bay to easily trace the origins of our teas.  We oversee every aspect of production, from farming to processing to sales and marketing. Want to know where Walters Bay tea comes from? We keep detailed records of our products, allowing us to trace their origins back to the fields in which the leaves were grown.
Walters Bay focuses its attention on the often-forgotten link in the farm-to-cup chain: the family farmer. We work with over 1,000 family farmers in our local area and support childcare centers, schools, retirement savings plans, and medical care for these farmers and their families.
