MISSION STATEMENT As part of Washington Health System we are dedicated to great patient care. Cameron Wellness Center is named in honor of the late Wilfred R. (Pete) Cameron, a dedicated Washington community leader and businessman, whose grandfather founded Cameron Beverages more than a century ago. To show his appreciation to community members who supported his family business for over 100 years, Pete Cameron donated $5 million dollars to The Washington Hospital in 1999 for the construction of a community wellness center; the largest single gift ever received by the hospital.
