WEPA is a German manufacturing company that specializes in sustainable hygiene paper. Based in Arnsberg, North Rhine-Westphalia, it operates as a sizable employer in the industry. Its products serve both consumer and professional hygiene needs, with sustainability playing a central role in its offering.

The business has pursued geographic expansion in recent years, including the acquisition of Star Tissue UK in 2024. In July 2024, WEPA expanded its facilities to Troyes, France, and, in collaboration with the start-up Epyr, inaugurated France's first thermal energy storage unit dedicated to electrifying industrial heat at the site. Earlier, the company engaged in energy efficiency initiatives at other plants, such as a 2023 project in Cassino, Italy developed with Renovit.
