WEST HIGHLAND PLACEMENT now is the Attorney Recruiting Division of Connect Staffing, Inc.  Together, we are a full-service national legal search, contract services and consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia focused on ALL hiring in the legal industry - attorneys, staff and administrators.  Our Attorney Division recruiters specialize in lateral partner moves, group placements, associate recruiting, and in-house employment. Our affiliate CONNECT STAFFING coordinates our paralegal, administrative assistant, secretarial and other staff recruiting, both permanent and on a temporary or contract basis.  We assist with law firm mergers and related issues, and advise our clients regarding compensation, local image enhancement, and general recruiting strategies.

We also offer contract attorney staffing and project management services, utilizing our pool of experienced, top-quality professionals - many former large-firm partners - to staff full and part-time needs in all practice areas and at very competitive hourly rates.
