Wheeler-Rex is a machinery manufacturer based in Ashtabula, Ohio, with roots dating to 1957 when it introduced a chain-type snap cutter for cast iron and clay tile pipes. Today Wheeler-Rex distributes its products through a global network of authorized distributors and service centers, and in 2018 introduced the Model 4992 Tubing Cutter for small-diameter non-ferrous tubing and plastic pipe in tight spaces.
