Our owner-president, Cloudy Vail, has directed multimillion dollar projects as a General Contractor as well as a construction manager/consultant. We recognize the individuality of each project and tailor the expertise and work-flow according to the specific requirements and demands to meet our customers’ expectations.

Whitehorn Construction maximizes the efficiency of each project through contract negotiation, project cost estimation, and material/labor contracts/purchasing.
