The Wild Blue Group, LLC (WBG) has been in business since 2004 and consists of a group of experienced and certified project management professionals that has been providing project management consulting and project office development services.  We have been primarily focused on Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Document Management system implementations.  We have directed groups of high-performance and culturally diverse professionals with a client-centric focus, in both the commercial and government sectors.  We have worked with and supported multiple constituencies to gain the consensus needed to proceed and successfully deliver enterprise wide content and document management solutions.  

Our value is not only the global project management experience and certified PMPs from across multiple industries, both public and private sectors that we bring but we also bring a fully compliant, disciplined and rigorous project management methodology that “gets the job done”; providing visibility into the ongoing budget, risks, issues and project timelines. We have been helping companies manage and govern enterprise content from paper forms to digital systems such as Documentum, OpenText and FileNet in the financial services, industrial, oil & gas, branded play entertainment and life sciences industries.  We have more than 50 years of experience, successfully managing and delivering operational solutions for the White House, Executive Offices of the President, Department of Defense contractors, the national oil and gas companies of the UAE and Mexico, and the New York Department of Education to name a few.
