The Winchester Consulting Group provides strategic and management consulting services to firms who are, or are desirous of, serving the water industry. We will help you identify and implement growth strategies, evaluate and prioritize investment opportunities, commercialize technology and assist in attracting capital. Our mission, quite simply, is to increase the value of your firm.

Our clients include engineering firms, technology start-ups and venture capital/private equity firms.  Current representative assignments include:

1.  Commercialization assistance for a water treatment technology firm including market introductions and Series B funding.

2.  Sale of an environmental firm including valuation, identification of  and contact with potential buyers, negotiations and support during due diligence process. 

3.  Organizational development activities for a large engineering firm.
