Winslow- BI Consulting is a supply chain and technology consulting firm.  We have experience working with small, mid-sized and large multi-national companies, assisting them with their supply chain and technology initiatives.  We are nimble and responsive, effecting change quickly regardless of company size.  

Projects range from staff augmentation to large scale strategic initiatives such as logistics outsourcing, technology selection/implementation or manufacturing/distribution network optimization/expansion.  

We specialize in helping companies build infrastructure that will scale with their growth plans.  Our team can play either a lead or supporting role in your initiatives.  We are all experienced project managers, business analysts and technology implementers.  We are comfortable and proficient working with multiple project management methodologies including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall SDLC.
