WIN is a nonprofit organization based in Taylor, Michigan, that focuses on coordinating workforce development efforts and providing labor market intelligence to employers in Southeast Michigan. It convenes initiatives such as MiApprenticeship.org, MAGMA MiAutomobility.org, and Michigan’s Health Career Alliance to build a cohesive talent system that supports employer success. A notable activity in recent years includes the launch of the Michigan Workforce Career and Resource Guide in 2023.
