Established  in  1974,  W.  R.  Newman   &   Associates,  Inc.  is a design-build  general contractor/construction management firm located in Nashville, Tennessee.  Licensed in 48  states,  we  provide  preconstruction  and  construction  services  for  a  broad  range  of projects,     including     medical     facilities,     commercial     retail,     office,     industrial, warehouse/distribution,  and  assisted-living  housing.
