YouBIM® is a Cloud-based Software (also available on Premises), which extends the value of BIM [Building Information Modeling] through to Buildings Lifecycle, by giving owners an integrated database and instant access to asset information and location through an easy-to-navigate web-based 2D/3D-BIM interface.

YouBIM attaches rich data and documents [PDFs, JPGs, Excels, etc.] to smart objects in the online Building Information Model (BIM) dataset. In addition, it seamlessly integrates with CMMS/EAM and CAFM systems like (IBM Maximo, Planon Software, ArchiBUS, Infor, etc…) and can integrate with BAS/BMS/IoT bringing live performance data to be displayed within the YouBIM environment.

YouBIM User Interface differentiate itself from other solutions in the industry, because the User Experience has been designed focusing on the Owner and Facilities staff.

YouBIM is like a “Google Maps® o iMaps but for a Facility”, answering the “Where” (Location) and the “What” (attributes, history, specs, Warranty info, submittals, BAS data, etc) of the components of a Facility (Assets, Systems, Spaces,…), enhanced with live performance data of Work Orders, and BAS data.

BIM has proven value to the Design and Construction process but is only emerging on the FM side. Tools available are difficult to use and required trained personnel to even have access to them, And still data is not integrated and accessible to the Facilities’ presonnel. So, YouBIM is design focused on one principle: SIMPLICITY, to allow easy access to non-BIM experts. YouBIM is like the Google Maps for the Facility.

YouBIM can act as BIM for FM middleware; providing a bridge from the design/construction to operations/facilities management. Bringing together, Building Information Modeling, Building Automation Systems and Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance data from the CMMS software, to one single platform.
