The Young Women’s Alliance (YWA) is a young professional’s organization that has been a staple of the Austin community for over 20 years. YWA seeks to build a community that supports, empowers, and connects women through personal and professional educational programs and events. YWA designs programming for its 500+ members aligned to our four pillars: Lead, Educate, Network & Serve. LEAD YWA equips its members with leadership skills to build the next generation of Austin women leaders. In addition to leadership workshops, our members can lead our organization by serving on the Board of Directors and on our 10 committees. We have 17 Board of Director members, 65+ committee chair positions and countless committee members actively engaged in leadership roles. EDUCATE YWA members gain the opportunity to maintain professional and personal growth. Enjoy monthly meetings with educational speakers on a variety of topics. Regardless of your career stage, YWA has something for you. NETWORK YWA is the best place in Austin to meet ambitious, community-minded, professional women.
