Zimmerman Associates (ZA) is a boutique executive search and recruiting firm with a foundation in research and competitive intelligence.  As our services evolved, we acquired a breadth of experience in technology, health, financial services, consumer, and consulting.  Our four primary recruiting services include Executive Search, Bundled Recruiting, Diversity Hiring and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).  

All our services are based on our ability to research target companies and candidate   development expertise. This combination of experience enables us to provide our clients with passive, qualified, pre-screened candidates in many different functions. ZA does not use job boards.  Our philosophy is the best candidates are passive candidates; we focus only on outreach to candidates who are happily and successfully employed.

We work with our clients’ internal recruiting teams to support them in building candidate pipelines or by providing full cycle recruiting services depending upon their needs. The ZA team is an experienced group of search professionals who use a consultative approach to finding, screening and developing high caliber talent while ensuring positive candidate experiences.
