20100US was established in November 2014 as the first abroad subsidiary of Venticento Srl, an Italian Company operating in the IT market since 2005. 20100US operates in the IT market in 2 main different sectors: - IT support to users of small and medium business companies - We take care of the entire IT infrastructure, from PC to servers and network appliances. - Complete IT store management for companies in the retail market - We act as a real single point of contact for all IT needs in customers’ stores. We start before store opening, choosing Internet provider, POS, people counters and security cameras that best fit customer needs. We work together with General Contractors to ensure that everything will be installed and configured correctly. From the opening day on, we take care of any IT issue in every store.
