Established in 1997, A-Plus Meetings & Incentives is a premier corporate meeting and incentive trip planning firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. Founded by industry visionaries Patty Klein and Jay Klein, our company has become synonymous with excellence in strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of corporate meetings and events.

We cater to a diverse range of clients, including several Fortune 500 companies. Our portfolio ranges from twenty-person board of director meetings to sales conferences with over 4,000 participants. Additionally, we specialize in orchestrating incentive trips for up to 1,000 individuals, offering both domestic and international destinations.

We approach events with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to providing personalized customer service. Our mission is to deliver seamless events, ensuring that every attendee feels valued from beginning to end. This dedication is reflected in our post-event survey results, where over 99% of attendees consistently rate our service as "Very Good" or "Excellent". Our 98% client retention rate further attests to the quality of our service.

Our team comprises world-class professionals from various backgrounds united by a shared commitment to service and client satisfaction. We have 25 full-time staff and up to 40 flexible staff as needed. We plan over 70 events per year, with past events spanning 500 locations in 40 countries on 5 continents.
