Chiller and Boiler Plant Optimization – We have been tuning boilers for over 50 years.  Our combustion technicians have extensive training and experience in combustion controls. They are available to ensure our clients’ boilers and furnaces are operating safely and efficiently.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting – We offer 24-hour service.  Our technicians are located throughout the Southeast for emergency on-site assistance, minimizing client down time.  Our extensive inventory allows our factory-trained technicians to replace damaged products quickly.

Service Contracts – AC Technical Services offers maintenance agreements and service contracts.  Service contracts guarantee priority to our established clients, keeping emergency response time to a minimum. Routine maintenance performed under service contracts keeps systems operating at maximum efficiency and often prevents shut-downs

Calibration Services – AC Technical Services offers testing and calibration services for your critical instruments.  Our trained technicians will perform on-site calibration using certified test equipment. A complete record of the calibration is provided to the client for future reference.
