We have been in business here in Florida for 25+ years. With our sister company ACT Architects we do offer design build services. In 2014 we are working on 45 jobs including over 200,000 feet of medical centers, 15 restaurants and multiple retail and office buildings. We will look at projects from 150 k - 5 million. We limit our use of subcontractors normally to only MEP and specialty trades. We provide our own in house labor for Demo, Concrete, Framing, Drywall, Trim, Doors, Ceiling,  and floors.
