Air Italy is a mid-sized Italian airline that operates both domestic and international routes. Headquartered in Olbia, Sardinia, with its main operating base at Milan Malpensa, it is owned by AQA Holding—Alisarda controlling 51% and Qatar Airways 49%. The carrier began operating as Air Italy in March 2018. Its network combines domestic flights from Milan to major Italian cities with long-haul services to destinations such as New York, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Toronto, along with other international routes from Milan Malpensa and seasonal services from Olbia.

The fleet includes eight Boeing 737s and five Airbus A330s. In 2020, liquidators announced tenders for two packages of the company's assets as part of restructuring activity.
