E*Doc is an advanced document management system built for major process facilities to control large numbers of engineering & procedure documents. It was created in 1998 to manage oil refinery engineering documents. Since then, the system has expanded to encompass all document types and provides flexibility in how companies manages their documents while providing full revision control.

The Universal Tag Locator [UTL] is an all encompassing tag / alarm monitoring and reporting system. UTL has extensive search and reporting features that give the user the ability to locate information about an instrument tag from many different data sources. It is expandable and customizable to include all of your plant’s current instrument data sources. The full Universal Tag Locator system incorporates six separate application modules. Each UTL module provides a necessary component to manage operating targets, create shift reports, capture alarm data, distribute reports, search tags based on alarm type and gives you the ability to view all collected data in one location.
