AmberGen is transforming drug development and disease research with its hyper-multiomic mass spectrometric spatial imaging technology. Our MaxOmic™ service lab performs this testing, and we also offer reagents that enable MALDI Mass Spec users to perform such imaging themselves.
Our technology enables the extraction of up to six distinct spatial omics layers from each sample—all on the same instrument. These layers include drug distribution mapping for small molecule drugs (SMDs), antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs), and/or antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), as well as spatial metabolomics/lipidomics, hyper-plex primary-antibody-targeted proteomics, secondary-antibody-targeted proteomics, targeted transcriptomics, and untargeted or targeted glycomics.
Multimodal imaging—such as H&E or immunofluorescence (IF)—can also be added, all on the same tissue section. As part of our service offering, we provide AI-powered correlative multiomic analysis.
