Founded in 1929, the American Culinary Federation (ACF) is a professional association for chefs and culinary professionals across North America. Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, the organization supports a nationwide network of members and chapters through education, training, apprenticeship programs, and programmatic accreditation. With a membership exceeding 14,000 across more than 150 chapters, it plays a central role in setting standards within the food and beverage services industry.
