In 2013, Assa Properties acquired 19 West 55th Street, a mixed-use structure with 31 residences, 7,600 square feet of retail space and a high vacancy rate. Following extensive renovations, Assa Properties lowered the vacancy rate to near zero–and sold 19 West 55th Street for $50 million.
