AVC is a “C” Corporation that operates under the statutes of New York State. Audio-Video Corporation was originally established as The Albany Television Headquarters in 1946 by WWII veteran Milton A. Klarsfeld. In 1954 the company changed its name to Audio-Video Corporation to better represent the migration and growth of the industry. 

Audio-Video Corporation’s Headquarters are located in Albany, NY with additional offices in Syracuse, Rochester, and Burlington, VT.  AVC currently employs 50+ full-time personnel on an annual basis.
