This was followed by the 2014 acquisition of Orlando, Florida-based Royal Oak Homes, the 2015 acquisition of Charlotte, North Carolina based Bonterra Builders, the 2017 acquisition of Raleigh, North Carolina based Savvy Homes and the 2018 acquisition of Oakdale/Hampton Homes in greater Dallas-Fort Worth. Today, AV Homes is actively engaged in homebuilding, land development and other real estate operations in multiple states including Florida, the Carolinas, Arizona and Texas.
