Avec GK, Inc. represents the evolution of 9 years in the private lending arena, with 50+ years of management experience in the financial industry. The management team embraces the philosophy that success is built on relationships and not transactions.  The team uses private funds to support builders and developers in the residential and commercial markets.  The overriding goal is to properly evaluate credit opportunities to mitigate risk, preserve capital and provide an above market rate of return.

The first iteration of Avec was began in 2008.  From the first loan to the present, Avec and its predecessors have granted hundreds of millions of dollars in credit.    Avec is a relationship lender, building relationships with our borrowers that will span the hills and valleys of the economic cycle.

We are organized to provide short-term financing for investment real estate projects. Although rooted firmly in single-family, residential construction financing, we have expanded to include other aspects of the construction market, such as, multi-family construction and development, small land development projects, commercial, and income producing projects.
