The Ballard Natural Gas Service Story:
Landis and Kathleen Kappen founded Ballard Natural Gas Service (BNGS) and worked out of their home starting in 1993. Landis Kappen had 18+ years of industry experience with Washington Natural Gas. Together the couple started BNGS with the goal to be a better way to provide HVAC services and installations to Seattle and the surrounding area. 

BNGS is proud that our business continues to grow organically through word of mouth. Our customers refer us to their friends, family, co-workers, and associates. We take pride in being a referral only business. A referral from a happy customer is the best endorsement for our business and that is what has allowed us to be successful at providing quality HVAC services locally for nearly 30 years. 

BNGS has continued to grow and now has nearly 50 team members to meet all of the community's residential heating and cooling needs. BNGS is proud to be a Lennox Premier Dealer which is the highest distinction a dealer can receive based on client satisfaction.  Currently we are one of the largest dealers in the Pacific Northwest and provide the highest efficiency products for our customers. We are a leader in green products and we focus on delivering 100% customer satisfaction.
