Bambu Tech is an audio technology company. It has created a software solution that preserves and protects audio quality. It works with any sound source, device, codec, and destination — mobile phones, consumer electronics, autos, and streaming media services. 

At the same time it delivers better a superior end-user experience, our technology also enables our customers to substantially cut manufacturing and distribution costs.

At the core of our product line is the proprietary Advanced Wave Sound Method, AWSM (pronounced “AWESOME”).  The AWSM software solution accomplishes what many audio engineers considered to be unachievable: It protects an original waveform from degrading during compression encoding, and it restores a sound file to its original pre-compressed state after decoding. AWSM requires to be only on one side of an audio process flow to work.

By protecting and restoring waveforms, AWSM enables compression ranges previously considered to be sub-standard. In fact, it can allow a post-encoded audio file to be compressed as much as 90 percent more — with no loss of fidelity.

It stands apart on four counts. It is:

         * DYNAMIC. It doesn’t treat the soundwave in a stream or file as a single block, as other solutions do. Instead it processes the components of soundwaves individually, and it works in real time.
         * EFFICIENT. AWSM saves on the cost of hardware and content distribution, processing cycles, and even power. 
         * UNIVERSAL. It works with any standard, device, or operating system.
         * CONFIGURABLE. AWSM can be configured to provide “your sound” to your specifications, whether you are a content creator or distributor, a device manufacturer, or applications provider.
