Bard Consulting provides independent, conflict-free, strategic real estate counsel to real estate investors on both domestic and international assignments.

Bard specializes in developing and implementing optimal real estate strategies. For investors we analyze specific real estate investments, review investment managers, assist in negotiations, and ensure investor and manager goals are aligned. For occupiers, we analyze alternatives to meet the client’s space needs objectives and assist in negotiations. Our philosophy is to have strong Principal involvement in every project—both in managing the client relationship and in executing the consulting assignment.  In addition, our third-party service providers supply specialized property-type, international, and other focused expertise.
