Bass & Company Management Consultants (Bass) was founded in 1998 to provide experienced guidance and practical business solutions to energy company executives. Bass is a specialty management consulting firm that provides a complete line of operationally focused services in the electric, gas, and water utilities industries. Bass has a strong track record of success in providing strategic, operational, and implementation advisory services to the utility industry. 

While a growing number of today's consulting firms sell large projects staffed with young inexperienced consultants who are trained on the job, the principals of Bass & Company believe there is a growing need for seasoned consulting professionals with real-world experience who can deliver real business value on day one. 

Bass & Company consultants are currently engaged in project management initiatives at Pacific Gas & Electric, Oncor Electric Delivery Company, and Hawaiian Electric Company.
