Batch crafts award winning ice cream made from only real ingredients. By real, we mean ingredients like our caramel that we craft by hand, bananas that we roast, and vanilla beans that we steep in cream - rather than extracts or flavorings. As ice cream purists, we do not use any additives such as gums, carrageenan, corn syrup of any kind, or "natural flavors".  With clean and recognizable ingredient lists, our ice creams taste exquisitely delicious and have been named Best Ice Cream in Boston, Top 5 Ice Cream by GQ Magazine, and a sofi™ Silver Award Winner.
