As you walk through the doors you immediately feel the community within be FITNESS. We offer group classes for all levels and 3 large studios that range from cycling to mind and body.  We offer a wide range of services from personal training to Pilates to massage. After a hard workout, unwind in our steam rooms or saunas in our newly renovated lockers rooms.
