BRS is an independent contract microbiology laboratory that specializes in the detection of microbial contamination in water, air, food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. As well as our routine testing, we also offer microbiological research, special project testing and consulting services.  Our laboratory is ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited, has been registered with the FDA since 2000 and is an EPA certified drinking water laboratory with the State of Michigan. 

Our experienced, highly trained team offers personal service in meeting the specific needs of each client. A solid relationship between a client and our team depends on consistent communication. At BRS you always speak directly to a team member.   The  rapid, automated test methods we use offer our clients the ability to utilize our ISO 17025 accredited laboratory and still receive the turn-around time of an in house lab without the negative connotations associated with having an in house lab.
