We are a Spanish company whose mission is to democratize access to Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies worldwide.

Being passionate about the crypto world, we detected that buying and selling Bitcoins was really complicated, and even more so for the Spanish-speaking public. All the important websites were outside Spanish-speaking countries and their trading systems were and continue to be quite tedious for the novice user.

Faced with this situation, we decided to start a business that could provide a solution to these two problems, facilitate the purchase of cryptocurrencies and guarantee the same levels of security offered by others, becoming an international reference in the sector.

In early 2015 we started Bitnovo and created a new platform, after a few months of hard work. 
Our platform allows anyone to buy cryptocurrencies securely, easily and quickly through:

- Bitnovo APP (Available on App Store and Google Play).
- Bitnovo coupons redeemable for cryptocurrencies available in more than 40,000 physical stores across Europe (e.g. Worten or Fnac).
- Bitnovo network of cryptocurrency ATMs.

Moreover, unlike many cryptocurrency trading companies, at Bitnovo we are faithful to the principle that saw the birth of this technology and that is why we do not guard our customers' cryptocurrencies and we promote that each user should be the owner of their cryptoassets.

As the popular Bitcoiner phrase goes: "Not your keys, not your Bitcoins", which means that if you do not have access to your private keys (12/24 words), and you leave them in the custody of an exchange, you are not the true owner of your cryptocurrencies.
