Following the sale of the farming operations, Bolthouse retained ownership of over 20,000 acres of land, thereby forming Bolthouse Properties. Today, Bolthouse Properties is an agricultural land and real estate investment company.

OUR MISSION
Founded in 2005, Bolthouse Properties is a legacy of the Bolthouse family’s involvement since 1915 in Wm. Bolthouse Farms. Bolthouse Properties consists of two primary operations - an agricultural land and commercial real estate holding company and an investment management subsidiary serving the investment and philanthropic needs of our clients. Another entity formed of the Bolthouse family is Bolthouse Development Company whose primary operation is as a real estate development company. As such, our mission is to vigilantly maintain the superb reputation that has been a legacy of the Bolthouse family.
